School Choice
School Choice gives families the opportunity to direct a portion of their child’s education dollars to the education option that best fits their needs. This includes private school tuition, homeschool curriculum, educational therapy, tutors, computers, transportation, vocational schools, and other approved educational costs!
Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment gives families the opportunity to send their child to any Oregon public district or public charter school that has available space, regardless of where the families live or how much money the family has.

Why Constitutional?
Legislatures in thirty-three states have created School Choice programs that allow families to choose the school that is the best fit for their children. The Oregon legislature is unwilling to bring School Choice programs to Oregon families. So Oregon parents and grandparents are stepping up to bring citizen constitutional education measures that bypass the government so all Oregon families may choose the school that best fits the learning needs of their children and be constitutionally protected from government overreach.
